Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to pediatric med/surg patients
Monitor vital signs and administer treatments with precision
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
Educate families and support healing journeys
Maintain highest standards of safety and hygiene

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
Pediatric med/surg nursing experience preferred
BLS certification required
Commitment to pediatric patient care
Flexibility for per diem shifts

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Pediatric medication administration expertise
Family-centered communication abilities
Electronic health records proficiency
