Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess care needs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized plans
Coordinate compassionate nursing care for pediatric behavioral health patients
Educate families and manage milieu to support recovery and safety
Document meticulously and report risks to ensure optimal outcomes
Lead as a clinical expert, delegating tasks and fostering staff growth
Champion quality improvement and resource stewardship in diverse settings
Role model integrity, empowerment, and professional excellence every day

Qualifications

Active Michigan RN license
2 years of behavioral health experience required
Pediatric experience required
Enthusiasm for compassionate patient care and team collaboration

Education

Registered Nurse licensure in Michigan

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and care planning abilities
Excellent communication and family education skills
Proficiency in documentation and risk monitoring
Leadership in clinical settings and staff development
