Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care that brightens days
Assist with daily living activities to promote comfort and independence
Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly
Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver outstanding outcomes
Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patients

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in California
Current BLS certification
At least 1 year of CNA experience preferred
Commitment to high-quality patient care

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care fundamentals
Excellent communication and empathy skills
Attention to detail and observational abilities
Teamwork in fast-paced settings
