Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients to create personalized treatment programs
Plan and implement therapies to boost daily living and work skills
Help patients develop, recover, or maintain independence and safety
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care
Support seniors in achieving optimal quality of life through targeted interventions

Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Currently registered by NBCOT and licensed in Colorado
1 year experience with elderly and frail populations required
1-3 years as Occupational Therapist preferred
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in therapeutic interventions for daily living skills
Understanding of PACE program for comprehensive eldercare
Strong interpersonal skills for patient and team collaboration
Ability to tailor treatments for frail seniors
