Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to trauma, post-CABG, post-TAVR, and general post-surgical ICU patients
• Manage chest tubes, central lines, and medication drips including titration
• Operate advanced equipment such as balloon pumps, CRRT, hypothermia protocols, and ECMO
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-acuity patient care
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively using Meditech EMR
• Maintain a calm, organized, and efficient approach in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of current acute care hospital ICU experience required
• Active ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required
• TNCC certification preferred
• Prior experience traveling to large trauma facilities strongly preferred
• Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing patient needs

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in critical care nursing and hemodynamic monitoring
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR and ICU equipment
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-stress environment
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills
