Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide continuous airway management and ventilator support for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients
• Collaborate closely with physicians to develop and adjust respiratory care plans
• Perform CPR and emergency respiratory interventions when needed
• Manage and monitor a range of ventilators including PB 980, PB 840, V60, and Para Pac transport vent
• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based respiratory care across all patient populations
• Maintain accurate computerized charting and medication management using Pyxis

Qualifications

• Active State of Hawaii Respiratory Therapist license (or verified application in progress)
• RRT certification required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; NRP preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in adult, pediatric, and neonatal respiratory care
• No first-time travelers - proven experience required
• Flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required before start
