Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor telemetry and cardiac rhythms closely to detect changes early
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care throughout the shift
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Communicate clearly with interdisciplinary team members about patient status
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in a timely manner
- Provide patient and family education with compassion and clarity
Qualifications
- Current RN license valid in California
- Telemetry experience (prior telemetry floor experience preferred)
- Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred or willing to obtain
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills for acute care patients
- Ability to work independently on night shifts and collaborate with the team
Education
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation
- Skilled in acute patient assessment and triage
- Comfortable with electronic medical record documentation
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of medication administration and IV therapy procedures
