Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for surgery, including pre-operative assessments and education
• Start IVs, administer medications, and ensure patient safety
• Collaborate with surgical team to provide seamless care
• Monitor patients during pre-op phase and report any concerns
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of pre-op or perioperative experience

Knowledge & Skills

• Pre-operative nursing skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
