Shift Type: Per Diem shifts, 9.5 hours per shift, schedule varies based on department needs
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare pediatric patients and their families for surgical procedures with compassion and expertise
- Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments to ensure readiness for surgery
- Provide clear and reassuring education to patients and families about the surgical process
- Collaborate seamlessly with the surgical team to coordinate care
- Maintain a calm and safe environment, advocating for patient needs throughout the pre-op phase
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
- BSN preferred
- Previous experience in pre-operative or perioperative nursing
- BLS and PALS certifications required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced pediatric environment
Education
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
