Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to critically ill pediatric patients in a Level II Trauma Center
• Monitor vital signs and manage complex medical equipment
• Administer medications and perform IV starts and blood draws
• Collaborate with intensivists and multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate and support families during challenging times
• Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech/CPN

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care PICU RN experience
• Current BLS and PALS certifications
• Pediatric teaching hospital experience preferred
• CRRT experience a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong IV start and blood draw skills
• TPT placement experience
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Proficiency with Meditech/CPN EMR
