Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient-centered care in a per diem capacity
• Assess, plan, and implement nursing interventions to meet patient needs
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Washington state
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly to different units and patient populations
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
