Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, specialized nursing care to pediatric patients in the operating room
• Assist surgeons and surgical team during procedures, ensuring a sterile environment
• Monitor patient vital signs and manage anesthesia support
• Advocate for patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgery
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal outcomes

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Washington state
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Experience in perioperative nursing, preferably pediatrics
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of surgical aseptic technique and sterile processing
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with pediatric patients and their families
