Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to neonates in a Level 3 NICU
• Monitor and manage neonatal support equipment including Medfusion pumps, Alaris infusion pumps and GE monitors
• Care for patients in Giraffe isolettes and support complex neonatal needs
• Document timely, accurate care in the unit EMR (CPN / Meditech)
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with families, educating them on care and progress

Qualifications

• Active RN (Registered Nurse) — NICU specialty
• Minimum 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience (must-have)
• Familiarity with Medfusion pumps, Alaris pumps, Giraffe isolettes and GE monitors
• Experience using CPN and Meditech EMR systems
• Travel RN experience preferred — not a first-time traveler preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong neonatal clinical assessment and monitoring skills
• Equipment proficiency: Medfusion, Alaris, GE monitors, Giraffe isolettes
• EMR documentation experience with CPN and Meditech
• Comfort working night shift and managing 3-4 patients per RN when appropriate
• Excellent communication, teamwork and family-centered care approach
• Friendly, outgoing and compassionate bedside manner
