Shift Type: Flexible 12-hour shifts, day and night options available
Candidate Pay Rate: $52 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to neonates in a Level III NICU
- Monitor vital signs and administer medications as ordered
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans
- Educate and support families during their baby's stay
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols
- Assist with procedures and emergency interventions as needed
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Virginia (compact license accepted)
- Current BLS and NRP certifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent NICU experience
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education
- Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in neonatal assessment and care
- Knowledge of ventilator management and monitoring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)
