Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to critically ill patients in the Medical ICU
• Monitor hemodynamic status and manage advanced airway equipment
• Administer moderate sedation and perform CRRT as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient progress using Meditech EMR and communicate effectively with families

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care ICU RN hospital experience
• Active BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications
• Prior Meditech experience and trauma facility background preferred
• Sono IV and CRRT skills are a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Adaptability and positive attitude in high-stress situations
