Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to pediatric patients on the medical-surgical unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Massachusetts
• BLS certification required
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of pediatric medical-surgical nursing
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in electronic health records
