Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to pediatric patients on a medical-surgical unit
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Massachusetts (or compact state)
• BLS certification required
• PALS certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric med/surg experience preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
