Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to pediatric patients in a med/surg setting
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to create care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Experience in pediatric or med/surg nursing preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts as needed

Education

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
