Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse medical-surgical patient population
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized nursing care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia or a compact state
• Current BLS certification
• Med/Surg nursing experience preferred, but new graduates with a passion for learning are encouraged to apply
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a caring bedside manner

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing best practices
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
• Excellent clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage care for multiple patients
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
