Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and prophylaxis for patients
• Take and develop dental x-rays, ensuring accuracy and safety
• Provide personalized oral hygiene education and preventive care guidance
• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures
• Maintain meticulous patient records and ensure compliance with safety standards

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• New graduates are welcome - we provide a supportive environment to grow!

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene practices and instrumentation
• Proficiency in dental radiography and digital imaging
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Familiarity with dental software and record keeping
• Understanding of infection control and OSHA guidelines
