Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene services during focused 30-minute patient appointments
• Build rapport with patients and deliver gentle, thorough cleanings
• Collaborate with a dedicated dental assistant to keep the schedule running smoothly
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment
• Follow all infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented dental practice
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to manage a focused 30-minute appointment schedule
• Experience with or willingness to work with a dental assistant

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical dental hygiene skills
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Skill in patient communication and education
• Ability to work efficiently within short appointment slots
• Team collaboration and adaptability
• Attention to infection control standards
