Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to medical-surgical patients
• Monitor telemetry and manage CVCs, indwelling catheters, and heparin infusions
• Collaborate with clinical coordinators, unit secretaries, PCTs, and case managers
• Document patient care accurately in Meditech
• Use communication boards to enhance patient experience and engagement
• Manage respiratory, renal, and gastrointestinal conditions with confidence

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or compact license
• BLS certification required
• 2+ years of medical-surgical experience
• Experience with telemetry, CVC management, and heparin gtts
• Strong teamwork, compassion, collaboration, and communication skills
