Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to critically ill patients in a 10-bed ICU/PCU unit
• Monitor and manage ventilators, hemodynamics, and central lines
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for bedside procedures
• Perform bedside shift report and nurse leader rounding
• Float to other units as needed

Qualifications

• Current RN license in NC or compact state
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical ICU experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience with hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
• Strong critical thinking and flexibility
