Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical/telemetry patients
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
• Respond quickly to emergencies and changes in patient status

Qualifications

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• ACLS certification preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of med-surg/telemetry nursing experience (preferred)
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

• Patient assessment and monitoring
• Medication administration and IV therapy
• EHR charting proficiency
• Telemetry interpretation
• Care planning and documentation
• Team collaboration and patient education
