Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Every weekend required, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure resident safety and comfort
- Support residents during meals, monitoring intake and dietary needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and comforting environment for residents
- Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with the care team
- Uphold infection control and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Active LNA certification in New Hampshire or Vermont, or the ability to obtain before start
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Must provide state or federal issued photo ID and wear facility badge at all times
- COVID-19 vaccination or documented medical/religious exemption required
- Ability to commit to every weekend and the full 13-week contract
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of resident care techniques and safety protocols
- Comfortable taking vital signs and documenting health observations
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable approach
- Basic computer documentation skills
