Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure resident safety and comfort
• Support residents during meals, monitoring intake and dietary needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and comforting environment for residents
• Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with the care team
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

• Active LNA certification in New Hampshire or Vermont, or the ability to obtain before start
• Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Must provide state or federal issued photo ID and wear facility badge at all times
• COVID-19 vaccination or documented medical/religious exemption required
• Ability to commit to every weekend and the full 13-week contract

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of resident care techniques and safety protocols
• Comfortable taking vital signs and documenting health observations
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable approach
• Basic computer documentation skills
