Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, and report changes to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure resident safety
• Support residents with meals, feeding, and hydration needs
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Mexico
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required
• Previous long-term care experience a plus, but new grads welcome to apply
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening

• Attention to detail in recording patient information
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Physical stamina to perform lifting and assisting tasks
