Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity in a fast-paced ER environment
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications, start IVs, and perform emergency procedures with precision
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of emergency department experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Emergency nursing best practices and triage protocols
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
