Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, empathetic nursing care to critically ill patients in our ICU
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding quickly to changes and implementing life-saving interventions
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments with precision and confidence
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create and adjust individualized care plans
• Educate and support patients and families through challenging health journeys
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and advocate for the best possible outcomes

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• ICU experience is a plus, but we welcome new grads with a passion for critical care!
• Ability to stay calm and think clearly in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of critical care nursing principles and practice
• Comfort with ventilators, cardiac monitors, and other ICU equipment
• Sharp critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Compassionate patient advocacy and family support
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
