Registered Nurse - LDRP
Location: Silverdale, Washington

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts with every other weekend requirement (Saturday-Sunday days, Friday-Saturday nights)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert care to mothers and babies throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum
- Attend deliveries independently and circulate during C-sections with confidence
- Assist with catching babies and transitioning newborns to ensure safe, healthy starts
- Titrate critical drips including Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin to support high-risk patients
- Collaborate with 24/7 OB anesthesia, OBGYN hospitalists, and NNPs for seamless patient care
- Support patients with high-risk conditions such as preeclampsia, diabetes, and substance use recovery
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington or compact license
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- Intermediate or advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring preferred
- Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience (1 year considered with multiple prior travel assignments)
- Comfortable attending deliveries independently and circulating C-sections
Knowledge & Skills
- LDRP nursing expertise with ability to manage high-risk pregnancies
- Strong assessment skills for 33+ week gestations and complex maternal conditions
- Proficiency with Centricity Perinatal EFM system
- Ability to function across Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units
- Excellent communication and adaptability to unit workflows
