Registered Nurse - LDRP
Location: Silverdale, Washington
Start Date: 06-22-2026
End Date: 09-21-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, every other weekend (Days: Saturday-Sunday; Nights: Friday-Saturday), holidays rotate with permanent staff, standby with 45-minute response time
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert care in our Birthing Center attending deliveries independently
- Circulate confidently in C-sections while supporting mothers and newborns
- Assist with catching and transitioning babies with skill and compassion
- Titrate Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin drips to ensure safe outcomes
- Support high-risk patients including those with preeclampsia, diabetes, and substance use concerns
- Collaborate with our 24/7 OB team, anesthesia providers, and NNPs for seamless care
- Function across Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum with routine mom-baby competencies
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington or compact license
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- Intermediate or advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring preferred
- Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience; 1 year considered with multiple prior travel assignments
- Comfortable attending deliveries independently and circulating in C-sections
Knowledge & Skills
- LDRP expertise with ability to work independently
- Strong circulating skills in C-sections
- Confident with baby catching and newborn transition
- Experience with Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin titration
- Familiarity with Centricity perinatal EFM system
- Ability to adapt to unit workflows and accept constructive feedback
