Registered Nurse - LDRP
Location: Silverdale, Washington

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts with every other weekend requirement (Saturday-Sunday days, Friday-Saturday nights)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert LDRP care for patients 33 weeks and above with high-risk conditions
- Independently attend deliveries and circulate in C-sections with confidence
- Assist with catching babies and transitioning newborns to ensure safe starts
- Titrate Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin drips while monitoring patient responses
- Support laboring mothers through preeclampsia, diabetes, and complex psychosocial needs
- Collaborate with 24/7 OB anesthesia and neonatology teams for seamless care
- Function across labor, postpartum, and mother-baby units with adaptability
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- Intermediate or advanced fetal heart monitoring preferred
- Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience (1 year considered with strong travel history)
- Comfortable attending deliveries independently and circulating C-sections
- No first-time travelers accepted
