Registered Nurse - L&D
Location: Roseburg, Oregon

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour AM/PM shifts with every other weekend requirement and 2 twelve-hour call shifts every 4 weeks
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $73 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to laboring mothers and newborns in a supportive LDRP environment
- Circulate and scrub for cesarean sections to ensure safe surgical outcomes
- Monitor and titrate critical drips including Pitocin, Fentanyl, and Labetalol
- Respond swiftly to obstetrical emergencies such as hypertension and hemorrhage
- Collaborate with OB techs and the interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional mother-baby care
Qualifications
- Active RN license (Oregon license not required at submission; 90-day emergency license available)
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
- Experience circulating and/or scrubbing in the OR for cesarean sections
- Comfort with telemetry monitoring and fetal strip interpretation
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of AWHONN staffing guidelines
- Proficiency with GE Centricity EFM system
- Ability to manage ventilators and bubble CPAP equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork in a closed-unit setting
