Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients in a fast-paced ED setting
• Administer medications, start IVs, and perform life-saving interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in electronic health records
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire (or compact state)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• ACLS and PALS certifications strongly preferred
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and documentation
• Experience with triage, trauma, and emergency procedures
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
