Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiographic exams with care and precision
Position patients and equipment for clear, diagnostic-quality images
Ensure patient safety by following radiation safety protocols
Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment and report issues promptly
Document procedures accurately in the patient record and communicate results to the care team
Deliver compassionate patient care: explain procedures and put nervous patients at ease
Participate in on-site orientation and collaborate with colleagues to improve workflow

Qualifications

ARRT certification or equivalent radiologic technologist credential (preferred)
Valid Missouri radiologic technologist license or ability to obtain state licensure
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or willingness to obtain
Clinical experience as a Rad Tech, comfortable performing routine diagnostic exams
Strong patient communication skills and attention to detail

Education

Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
ARRT certification or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in diagnostic radiography techniques and positioning
Familiarity with radiation safety and infection control practices
Comfortable with electronic medical records and imaging systems
Good interpersonal skills for working with patients of all ages
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced clinical environment
