Location: St. Louis, MO

Start Date: 05-07-2026

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Variable schedule, 4-hour shifts (specific start/end times to be confirmed); orientation required. Days and exact hours will be scheduled by facility.

Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiographic exams with care and attention to image quality
Operate radiology equipment safely and follow established protocols
Position patients accurately and provide compassionate patient care throughout exams
Ensure accurate labeling and timely delivery of images to PACS and clinicians
Maintain equipment, supplies, and cleanliness of the imaging area
Communicate clearly with patients and the clinical team to support coordinated care

Qualifications

ARRT registration or registry-eligible in Radiography (preferred)
State of Missouri radiologic technologist license or ability to obtain licensure in Missouri
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Previous clinical imaging experience preferred; orientation will be provided
Strong patient care skills and commitment to radiation safety

Education

Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or completion of an accredited radiography program

Knowledge & Skills

Solid understanding of radiographic positioning and techniques
Familiarity with PACS and basic image management
Knowledge of radiation safety and infection control practices
Good communication and patient-handling skills
Detail-oriented with strong documentation practices
