Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures with care and accuracy
Prepare patients and imaging equipment, ensuring comfort and safety
Follow established imaging protocols and radiation safety standards
Acquire and process high-quality images for physician review
Maintain clear and accurate patient and imaging documentation
Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver excellent patient care
Participate in orientation and training activities to stay current with practices

Qualifications

Certification or registration in radiologic technology (e.g., ARRT) preferred or eligible
Active or eligible state radiologic technologist license (Missouri licensure assistance may be available)
BLS/CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable working with a variety of patient populations and ages
Strong communication and patient-service skills

Education

Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or completion of an accredited radiography program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with diagnostic radiography procedures and positioning
Familiarity with PACS and basic image management workflow
Understanding of radiation safety and infection control practices
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce diagnostic-quality images
Professional bedside manner and ability to work as part of a healthcare team
