Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility and function
Monitor patient progress and document treatments accurately
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in Montana (or compact eligible)
Minimum 1 year of recent PTA experience
CPR certification (BLS) required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities
Skilled in therapeutic exercise prescription
Proficient in documentation and EMR systems
Strong patient assessment and problem-solving abilities
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
