Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality physical therapy assessments and treatments for patients
Develop individualized treatment plans that aim for meaningful patient outcomes
Deliver hands-on care including therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, and gait training
Document patient progress thoroughly and communicate updates with the care team
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
Participate in orientation and ongoing training to stay current with best practices

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in California (or eligible to obtain)
Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families
Ability to work part-time 4-hour shifts and participate in orientation
Previous clinical experience preferred; new graduates who are eager to learn are welcome

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Master's or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy accepted

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise and functional training
Skilled in patient assessment, manual therapy, and mobility interventions
Proficient documentation and treatment planning
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
Comfortable adapting care to different patient ages and needs
