Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions following each patient's individualized plan of care
• Document patient progress and response to treatment with accuracy and compassion
• Empower patients through education and personalized home exercise programs
• Communicate patient status and observations clearly to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Champion safety, infection control, and compliance standards in every interaction

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active New Jersey PTA license or ability to obtain one
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• A genuine passion for helping patients restore mobility and independence

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
