Contract Type: Perm
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM; rotating Saturdays, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Bill Rate: $39/hour

- Salary Range Midpoint: $39/hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions to ensure optimal outcomes for your young patients.
- Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that truly make a difference.
- Keep meticulous and accurate medical records, documenting patients' conditions, treatments, and progress, and promptly report any changes to the care team.
- Administer medications and treatments with precision, always following hospital policies and protocols.
- Empower patients and their families with education on disease management, treatment options, and preventive care to promote long-term wellness.
- Offer emotional support and advocate for patients' rights, ensuring every child and family receives compassionate, respectful care.
- Champion a safe, ethical environment by adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Stay on the cutting edge of pediatric nursing through continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the New Hampshire Board of Nursing
- At least some nursing experience - new grads are not being considered at this time
- A commitment to maintaining confidential information
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment
- Currently in the process of relocating to New Hampshire (serious inquiries only)
