Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist pediatric dentists during examinations and procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to ensure a safe environment
• Take and develop dental x-rays with precision and care
• Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene practices
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment scheduling
• Create a warm, friendly atmosphere to help young patients feel at ease

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant certification or equivalent is required
• X-ray certification (RDA) is a must
• Experience working with pediatric patients is highly valued
• Current CPR certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children and families

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques
• Understanding of pediatric dental care and behavior guidance
• Ability to work seamlessly as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient, and cheerful demeanor with kids
