Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal assessments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
• Take and develop dental X-rays with precision
• Document patient care and treatment plans accurately
• Assist the dentist during procedures and examinations
• Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols
• Ensure every patient feels comfortable and confident in their care

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license
• CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for patient education and oral health
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene instruments and techniques
• Knowledge of radiography and digital imaging
• Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization standards
• Ability to work collaboratively with dental team
• Patient-centered approach with a warm, professional demeanor
