Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for orthodontic procedures and ensure their comfort throughout treatment
• Assist the orthodontist during exams and adjustments
• Take and develop dental radiographs as needed
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-procedure care
• Maintain accurate patient records using Denticon software

Qualifications

• Orthodontic Assistant Certification required
• Experience in dental assisting preferred
• Proficiency with Denticon dental software
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of orthodontic instruments and procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with dental office workflows
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
