Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, patient-centered dental hygiene care
• Perform thorough dental cleanings and oral health assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Maintain a safe, clean, and sterile clinical environment
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure an outstanding patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, per diem environment
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, instruments, and equipment
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Skill in patient education and oral health promotion
• Proficiency with dental charting and electronic health records
• Ability to work effectively as part of a dental team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
