Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience
- Prepare and sterilize instruments, maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Take and process dental X-rays (if certified)
- Educate patients on orthodontic care and appliance maintenance
- Manage patient records and update treatment plans
- Provide exceptional chairside support and comfort to patients of all ages
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent training
- Experience in orthodontic assisting preferred
- Current X-ray certification (if required by state)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a smile
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques
- Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Denticon)
- Understanding of orthodontic procedures and appliances
- Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
