Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist in a variety of procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to maintain a safe, clean environment
• Take and develop dental impressions and X-rays with precision
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and appliance maintenance
• Manage patient records and schedule follow-up appointments
• Support the team with lab work and inventory management

Qualifications

• Certified Orthodontic Assistant (COA) or equivalent orthodontic certification
• Experience with Denticon software is a plus
• Previous dental assisting experience, ideally in orthodontics
• Strong attention to detail and patient care focus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and terminology
• Proficiency in dental software such as Denticon
• Excellent communication and chairside manner
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
