Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and prophylaxis to keep patients smiling
• Assess patients' oral health and document findings accurately
• Take and develop dental X-rays with precision and care
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure smooth visits
• Sterilize and prepare instruments to maintain a safe environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evening shifts and adapt to per diem assignments
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental prophylaxis and periodontal therapy
• Proficiency in dental radiography and safety protocols
• Skilled in patient education and oral hygiene instruction
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization standards
• Comfortable using electronic dental record systems
