Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist pediatric dentists during procedures, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for young patients
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and treatment rooms
• Take dental X-rays and impressions
• Educate parents and children on proper oral hygiene
• Maintain patient records and manage appointment flow
• Support the dental team with chairside assistance and patient care

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent experience
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience working with children is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques
• Proficient in dental software and patient record management
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, compassionate approach
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to anticipate dentist's needs during procedures
