Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings and preventive care
• Take and develop dental X-rays
• Assess patients' oral health and report findings
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Assist the dentist during procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and infection control standards

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Previous experience in dental hygiene preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in dental software and charting
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols
• Strong patient care and comfort skills
• Attention to detail in clinical procedures
• Team-oriented mindset
