Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch dental hygiene care to pediatric patients
• Perform routine cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealant applications
• Educate young patients and their families on oral hygiene best practices
• Assist the dentist during exams and procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Ensure a safe, sterile, and welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Maryland
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Thorough knowledge of dental hygiene practices and instruments
• Familiarity with dental software and patient management systems
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Ability to make children feel at ease during dental visits
